Apricot Pork Chops & Baked Potato

- 16 ounces loin pork chops (boneless)
- 1/4 cup onion (prechopped)
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic (bottled)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
