Hobbit Day Meal 1



Rohan Roast Beef, Gondorian Ranger Loaf and Shire Tater Mash!


Roast Beef: Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste. 
In a roasting pot, sear the meat on both sides until browned. Add enough beef consume or broth to cover the meat, bring to a boil and then lower to med-low heat. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours until tender. 
Remove meat, bring back to a boil  and add some cornstarch paste - stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Gravy will thicken as it cools. 

Potatoes: Cut and boil potatoes. Drain when tender. Add a little milk, butter, salt and pepper - use your smasher to mash the taters. Stir in chopped chives or green onion. Sour cream may also be mixed into the potatoes.
