Lemon Shrimp Pasta

Shrimp
Pasta
Onion
Garlic
Spinach
Mushrooms
Olive Oil
Fresh Lemon

Saute the shrimp in olive oil and butter 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside. Chopped onion to the pan drippings and saute them until tender with the mushrooms - then add fresh spinach to the pan and saute until spinach is tender but not over cooked. Add back in shrimp and keep warm.

Boil your favorite pasta, drain.

In a bowl mix together the shrimp mixture with pasta. Season as desired.

Mix together fresh squeezed lemon juice, olive oil and garlic in pan. When heated drizzle over pasta.
