Deagol's Pan-Fried Tilapia


Pan-Fried Tilapia with Baked Potato

  • Tilapia Fillets
  • Flour
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Seasoning of Choice (I used Garlic Powder and Cumin blend)
  • Oil for Frying


Season fish fillets with salt/pepper and other seasonings of choice. Dredge each piece of fish in flour - coat both sides well and shake off excess flour.  Heat oil of choice in a pan. Fry each fillet 3 to 4 minutes per side. Serve with Tatar Sauce, Lemon Wedge or other choice.
