Leftover Béarnaise Sauce


I had some leftover Béarnaise Sauce from last night. I saved it in the fridge and warmed it up a little. Put it over some more freshly roasted asparagus and a perfectly poached egg over wheat toast. Makes a nice quick & light dinner for this evening but would also make a lovely breakfast - including the asparagus with it.
