- 3 cups water
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1⁄4 cup glutinous rice (optional)
- 1 cup white rice (or 1 1/4 cup white rice if you did not use the glutinous)
- Place white rice and glutinous rice in the water.
- Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and simmer for approximately 1 hour, until it is thick.
