Elvish Rice Gruel


  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 14 cup glutinous rice (optional)
  • 1 cup white rice (or 1 1/4 cup white rice if you did not use the glutinous)

    • Place white rice and glutinous rice in the water.
    • Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil.
    • Lower the heat and simmer for approximately 1 hour, until it is thick.
