Scotch Egg with Onion Rings and Mustard Sauce

tablespoons of flour
8oz
of Sausage meat
breadcrumbs

egg for coating

teacup milk for coating
Making the Scotch Eggs:
Hardboil
4 eggs cool & shell. Divide sausage meat into 4 fold evenly
round
lightly floured eggs. Coat with blended egg & milk roll in
breadcrumbs.
Fry till sausage meat is cooked (this is important if you
