I spent 2 days making Bilbo's Authentic English Muffins - they are well worth the time and effort put into making them. They are perfect for any hungry Hobbit that passes your way - should satisfy them for first and second breakfasts.
Naturally I had to have a breakfast sandwich out of it. I split the muffin with a fork, buttered and toasted it in a skillet on the stove. Then removed the muffins and fried an egg and some breakfast sausage patties. Stacked the sausage and egg between the muffins. It's a good meal with the store bought English Muffins but there is nothing like these fresh homemade muffins. I highly recommend making them yourself at least once in your life for an amazingly delicious treat.
