Edoras Chicken Salad


3 cups Chicken, cooked, shredded
1 to 2 Celery Stalks, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped
1 Bell Pepper, chopped
1 small Apple, cored and chopped (optional)
3/4 cup Real Mayonnaise
1 to 2 tablespoons of Pickle Relish
2 teaspoons Dill Weed
2 teaspoons Parsley
1 to 2 teaspoons Garlic (fresh minced or ground)
Salt/Pepper to taste
1 sliced Tomato

Mix all ingredients well. Serve on tomato slices or store in fridge until ready to eat.
