Mushroom Swiss Burger



Ground Beef
Salt/Pepper, to taste
Swiss Cheese, sliced
Mushrooms, sliced
Onions, sliced
Mayonnaise or Mustard, optional
Hamburger Buns
Butter

Butter the burger buns and toast on the stove, sit aside. Spread mayo and/or mustard on the buns.

Make hamburger patties as you normally do - cooked to how you like it, top with Swiss cheese and let melt on the patty. Removed patty and place on one half of the buns.

Saute the onions and mushrooms in butter. When done place some on top of burger. Enjoy!
