Poudre Forte means "Strong Powder"
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 teaspoon mace, ground
1 teaspoon ginger, ground
1 teaspoon cloves, ground
1 teaspoon long pepper or grains of paradise, ground (optional)
*If you don't have mace you can substitute allspice or nutmeg.
Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container.
