- 1 cup mayonnaise
- *3 tablespoons Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard mixed with a little white wine).
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice or relish (sweet or dill)
- 2 teaspoons paprika (smoked if possible)
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 clove garlic minced and mashed
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of sour cream (optional)
- Red pepper, to taste
- *You can also use plain yellow mustard without the white wine.
- Mix all ingredients together - taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
- Let stand at least 2 hours in the fridge to overnight for the flavors to blend.
- Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
