Leprechaun Mimosa

 

Ours looks more blue than green - I added green food coloring to make it greener. 

 

Fill champagne flute 1/3 of the way with orange juice.

Add a splash of Blue Curacao to champagne flute and mix with a straw or spoon.

Slowly fill the rest of the glass with your favorite sparkling wine or champagne.
