For the Pasta:
1 pack of Spaghetti (get the size package you want make)
Blue Food Coloring
Salt to Taste
Juice from 1 Lemon
1/2 stick of Butter
Bring 1 pot of salted water to a boil and add in the spaghetti. Cook the pasta 8 to 10 minutes, drain well. Add the spaghetti to a ziploc bag and put a few drops of blue food coloring into the bag and zip it locked. Carefully move the pasta around in the bag until fully covered in blue dye. Remove from a bag and place into a bowl.
Heat the butter until melted on the stove and stir in the lemon juice. Cook until reduced to half. Pour over spaghetti and toss. Ready to serve.
For the Chicken:
4 Chicken Breasts or 4 Chicken Thighs
Salt, Pepper to Taste
Sprinkles of Parsley
1/2 stick of Butter
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Salt and pepper the chicken and sprinkle parsley over the them - rub in the herbs and spices.
Heat the butter and oil in a skillet on medium-low heat. Add in the chicken a pan fry for 6 to 8 minutes on one side then turn over and fry for another 6 to 8 minutes or until the chicken is done.
Serve with the Spaghetti
