1 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
Mix well - spread on floured surface -- pat very thin to use for a pizza crust. Top with toppings back 400 for 20 minutes.
*If out of yogurt use one of these in place of it: Mashed Cottage Cheese, Sour Cream, Plain Yogurt, Mayonnaise, Mashed Avocado or Buttermilk. **Buttermilk use 1/4 cup less than call for.
Can make pizza crust from this but also: Shape for soft pretzels, knot bread or bagels.
For pretzels - use egg wash. Then top with course salt - bake 400 for 20 minutes.
For bagels - use egg wash. Top with favorite seasonings - bake 400 for 20 minutes.
For knot bread - 1/4 cup oil, 4 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoon parsley, salt to taste - wash bread with it - bake 400 for 20 minutes.
