Cleaned Mushrooms, stems removed - set aside
Filling:
Cream Cheese
Fresh Garlic, Minced
Scallions, Chopped
Red Onion, Chopped
Garlic Powder, to taste
Onion Powder, to taste
White Pepper, to taste (Black works too)
Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
Salt, to taste
Parmesan Cheese
Olive Oil, splash
Lemon Juice, splash
Mix all together and stuff into mushroom caps - sprinkle tops with bread crumbs.
Bake 350f for 20 to 25 minutes.
