Medieval Spices & Nuts
A list of known Spices & Herbs eaten in the Middle Ages:
Peppercorns (Black Pepper, White Pepper)
Salt
Sugar (it was considered a spice)
Honey
Cinnamon (Cassia)

Nutmeg
Ginger
Saffron

Coriander

Turmeric
