I've have NEVER sharpened a serrated knife before but I did tonight. I bought the tool and watched the video on how to sharpen them - WOW they are super sharp - I didn't mess them up as I feared!!
Also resharpened my smooth/regular knives and my kitchen shears this evening. VERY pleased with both sharpening tools. The serrated knives worried me on sharpening - but turns out not so scary to do after all! lol
