Sourdough Bread Baking: Day 2 - Prep

Starting the Sourdough Bread baking - got all equipment out and ready to go! 
Heating my cast iron dutch oven in the toaster oven now. -- Fingers crossed!
I have 3 designs picked out for my 3 boules!!

Hot pads ready to sit hot pot and lid onto.


 Tools ready: water spritzer, pot holders, knife and kitchen scissors.

Wire cooling wrack.

yes it gets HOT doing lots of cooking - especially in the summers.
