I decided I wanted another fantasy meal today. This was created from
items I have already -- so nothing 'special' was bought for it.
Bonus: Plenty of leftovers.

1st Course: Salad: Black Olives, Scallions, Grapes, Blueberries, Strawberries and Apple.
2nd Course: Main Course: Beer Braised Beef with Potatoes, Mushrooms & Onion.
Side of fresh baked Sourdough Bread and Cheese.
