1 bunches of Spinach (or 2 packs)
1 small Onion, diced
1/2 pack Bacon, diced
Cook diced bacon on medium-high heat. Remove bacon from pan and drain off most all of the bacon grease - leaving just a little in pan to cook with. Add in diced onion - saute 2 to 3 minutes. Add spinach and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Adding bacon back into pan. Cook another 1 to 2 minutes. Serve!
