Blackening seasoning for fish and other meats.
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt (optional)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 to 3 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 to 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (more or less depending how spicy you want it)
- 1 heaping teaspoon of thyme
