Blackened Seasoning

Blackening seasoning for fish and other meats.
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 to 2  tablespoons of paprika
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (more or less depending how spicy you want it)  
  •  1 heaping teaspoon of thyme
Mix well. Store in an airtight container. Keep in a dark cool place.
