Dragon's Breath Roasted Ribs



3-pounds pork (or beef) ribs
Salt/pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon garlic and ginger, mixed together
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
Red Wine

Notes: I wanted more "fire" from my Dragon's Breath so I added more chili flakes, cayenne pepper and Tabasco sauce into the mix. I took it up another notch and added some honey to it. Very good sauce.

Cut off excess fat from the ribs and preheat oven to 350f. Blend all ingredients but the ribs together to form a paste. Place ribs on baking tray and rub in the paste generously. Cover with foil and cook until the meat falls off the bones. Remove from oven, scrape off all the excess gravy into a pot, add some red wine and cook off the alcohol. Pour sauce over the ribs.
