1 orange
1 lemon
1 lbs peaches
1 lbs cherries
2 lbs currents
Wash, peel, pit and cut fruits.
Squeeze lemon and orange juices into bowl or glass.
Put cherries and peaches into food processor or mortar. Add in currents and puree them. Add the orange and lemon juices.puree again.
Strain off pulp to obtain the liquid into a glass.
Store in refrigerator.
