2 large chicken breasts, diced bite sized, breaded and deep fried
2 cups cooked white rice, cooked
For the sauce:
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup orange marmalade
3 tables. soy sauce
2 or 3 dashes of teriyaki sauce
1 teas. rice vinegar
1 table. brown sugar
Red pepper flakes to taste
1 tables. cornstarch
Put ingredients for sauce into a pot, mixing constantly with a whisk simmering on med-low heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until sauce is desired thickness.
