Crispy Fried Bacon:
8 to 12 slices of Smoked Bacon
Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add the bacon and fry slowly on both sides until it is crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Repeat until all your bacon is fried.
Cheesy, Chivy Scrambled Eggs:
1 table. Butter
6 large Eggs
1/4 Heavy Cream
1/2 tea Salt
Black Pepper, to taste
1 table fresh Chives or 1/2 table dried Chives
1/2 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese
Whisk together eggs, cream, salt, pepper, chives and cheese.
Heat a large skillet on medium-low heat with the butter. Add in egg mixture and slowly cook stirring almost constantly but gently until the eggs are set. Remove from heat and serve.
*This breakfast is good served with buttered toast and tomatoes to the side.
