Inspired by the story: The Poor Boy in a Grave
1/2 bunch of red seedless grapes
1/2 bunch of green seedless grapes
1 cup powdered or icing sugar
4 to 5 teas. orange or lime juice
1/4 cup superfine sugar
Wash the grapes and cut stems into little batches of grapes.
Sift the powdered sugar into a bowl and gradually add in the fruit juice. You want a smooth but thick frosting.
Dip the grapes into the frosting and set on a wire rack to dry the icing. Dry the icing for at least 1 hour.
Before serving, sprinkle the grapes with superfine sugar.
