Gondorian Sourdough Bread Baking: Day 2 - Final Results

My Sourdough Bread

FoodGeek - I followed his recipe for this


 The end results: satisfying! Not bad since I don't have an actual oven to cook properly in.
(Only a toaster oven to work with currently).
Mildly sour, crusty outside, soft, moist & a little chewy on the inside- perfect.
Super good with lots of butter!!

Toasted sourdough garlic bread.
Loving this sourdough bread recipe!!

As I said earlier: it took 7 days of creating the levain,
6 1/2 hours last night preparing the bread for today. 4 1/2 hours cooking 3 loaves.
