Shish Kebabs

I used diced chicken, onion, bell pepper, grape tomatoes and pineapple skewered 

- seasoned with salt, pepper and Greek Seasoning

 
Thread pieces of chicken and vegetables on each skewer. Grill 5 minutes; turn over. Grill 5 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink in center and vegetables are tender. Turn again; grill until chicken is hot and cooked, being careful not to burn.

 

Served with a side of Tzatziki Sauce and homemade Pita Bread.
