12 slices bacon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Table. honey
Pepper, to taste
Mix honey, pepper and brown sugar. - This is the "candied" glaze.
Place bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 10 minutes at 400 F. Flip bacon over and reduce heat to 300 F. Top bacon with candied glaze. Bake awhile, flip bacon over and top with glaze. Do this until the bacon is cooked to your desired crispness. Remove from oven, cool and enjoy!
