1 tea. Oregano
1/2 tea. Cumin
1/8 tea. Cinnamon
1 tea. Chili Powder
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 cup Barbecue Sauce
1/8 tea. Balsamic Vinegar
2 tea. Pineapple Juice
3 table Olive Oil
Mix all together in a sauce pan. Bring to a slow boil on medium-low heat. Lower heat to low setting and simmer 5 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
Storage: Cool completely store in a tightly covered container in the fridge until ready to use. Will last up to 3 weeks in the fridge.
