6 slices of Bread, crusts cut off (any sliced bread will work)
2 oz Cream Cheese, softened
6 table Pesto
6 slices of Prosciutto or Ham sliced thin
Flatten bread with rolling pin. trim crusts. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the bread slices. Top with the prosciutto or ham. Spread a very thin layer of the pesto on the ham. Roll the slices up into "fingers". Trim the edges again - if desired. Place the sandwiches into a sealed container and place into the fridge until ready to serve.
Note: Do not make these too many hours ahead of time because the pesto will make the bread too soggy.
