No Living Man Am I Kebabs

 


2 lbs Beef, cubed

2 Bell Peppers, cut into cubes

Cherry Tomatoes or 1 Tomato, cut into large slices (leave tomatoes off if one can't eat them)

1 tea dried Rosemary

1 tea Salt

1 tea. Black Pepper, freshly ground

*1 Onion, sliced - Optional

 

**If you want crunchy vegetables then proceed to the next step. If you want your vegetable cooked through more you can saute the onion and bell pepper or boil them in water, drain. Let the vegetables cool completely then proceed to the next step. 

Skewer the meat, bell pepper, tomatoes and onion (if using). Season on all sides with salt, pepper and rosemary. 

Oven Method:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a sheet pan with foil. Place skewers on the pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Turn the skewers half way though the cooking time. Remove from oven and serve.

 OR

Grill Method:

Preheat grill to medium-high. Place skewers on the grill. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until the temperature of the meat reaches 145 F /63 C. Turn once during the cooking. Serve warm.
