1 cup whole or skimmed milk
2 table honey (or to taste)
Pinch of cinnamon or saffron, optional
Heat milk on low heat in a saucepan - do not scald the milk! When the steam begins to rise, add in the honey and stir then remove from heat quickly. Place milk into a container and put into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to chill.
Serve over ice. Top with cinnamon or saffron to garnish.
